Our ecological commitments
You have chosen to spend a few days or a few weeks in an unspoilt, privileged environment, and we are grateful to you.
Our 9-hectare pine forest and the surrounding massifs are teeming with rich flora and fauna.
So to preserve this fragile environment, we’ve been taking action on a daily basis for the last 4 years, in our own small way, on a variety of issues, to ensure that your stay has a reduced ecological impact.
This is how we operate our ecological campsite in Die.
An Indian proverb reminds us: “The earth does not belong to us, it is our children who lend it to us”.

Your gestures are precious
And what about you? You are the most important people in this process!
You can help preserve this beautiful environment with your eco-responsible actions!
- Water is precious, and electricity is sometimes reduced due to the power required, so if you can save them, we’d be very grateful.
- Electric heaters: please use them with care
- If you have air conditioning, use it sparingly by closing the doors and windows, and turn it off when you’re away!
- We lend you sorting bags in the accommodation to make it easier for you to get to and from the bins.
- We lend you a bio-bucket to collect your compost waste
- You can walk or cycle to Die along 2 pleasant footpaths – forget the car!
- For local produce, the Die market on Wednesdays and Saturdays is the place to go
